How Long Does It Take Before My Order Gets Shipped?
Can’t wait to get your hands on our recovery tees? Rest assured that our team is working hard to ensure you get your order ASAP.
All our items are carefully crafted and printed individually and take between 1 to 5 business days to be made and shipped.
After The Items Are Dispatched, How Long Does It Take to Deliver The Package?
Once your order is ready to be shipped, it will be with you within 2 to 7 days via Australia Post.
*Please note that Pink Robin Design is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high volume seasons.
* Also, bear in mind that current circumstances due to COVID-19 may result in shipping delays.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We’re working on it. However, at the moment, our recovery tees are only available in Australia.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We offer a flat fee of $9.95 on all orders. But the great news is that we often offer free shipping on specific items, so make sure to always keep your eyes peeled!
Will I receive An Order Confirmation?
Yes! Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. And as soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email with the tracking details.
To ensure you receive your order confirmation keep your eyes open for a Pink Robin Design email and don’t forget to check your spam or promotion folder.
Better yet, add our email email@example.com to your safe sender list.
That way, you will be able to track your order status and you will never miss out on any sales!
How Do I Track My Order Status?
To ensure a stress-free delivery, we’ll send your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
That way, you can keep an eye on it.

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?
Absolutely. If you’ve got your eyes on a different recovery tee and would like to change your order or simply want to cancel it, contact us at email@example.com.
Note that, due to our production process, the email must be sent within 30 mins after ordering for us to be able to change or cancel your order. We won’t be able to accommodate any cancellations or changes after that.
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
If your items arrive damaged or if you have received the wrong size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make it right!
Are the Items Refundable?
Yes! We know that people change their minds or order the wrong size and that’s okay. That’s why we have a 30-day return policy on eligible orders.
This means that you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Note that to be eligible, your items must be in the same condition that you received them; unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Also, note that sale items are non-refundable.
How Do I Return My Items?
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com, and our hardworking team will get back to you within 24 hours.
If your order is eligible, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions to make the experience as stress-free as possible.
Note that our team will only be able to process your return and refund your order if you have requested a refund first. Also, shipping costs are non-refundable.
